The code that all webpages are created with is an open standard so that any browser that supports this standard can display this information. To require a specific browser is unnecessary and similar to stopping traffic on a busy road and only allowing cars made by Ford to continue. Nevertheless, there are some webpages that do this, and here's what you can do.

In these instances, we recommend that you find a contact form or email address of the webmaster and voice your opinion. Requiring a specific browser is unfair, unnecessary and only hurts the visitor. Making the webmasters of these pages aware of this can persuade them to make the proper changes in their site to allow all web browsers access and happy surfing for all.
